Use your own account
Use the username issued to you by the organizer. Do not share it, impersonate someone else, or attempt to access another person’s account or a pass level you were not assigned.
Share appropriate invitations
- Post genuine conference-related meetups with accurate places and times.
- Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, obscene material, or illegal content.
- Do not publish another person’s private information, spam, misleading offers, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
- Respect other attendees’ boundaries and requests to stop contact.
The app checks submitted content for some inappropriate language. Organizers can review reports and remove content that violates these rules.
Names on meetups
Hosting or joining a meetup can show your name and company on that meetup and its guest list. Do not copy attendee information into a public directory or use it for unsolicited marketing. There is no public attendee directory in the app.
Event photos and memories
Share only photos you have permission to share with conference attendees, including permission from people pictured where needed. Uploads are reviewed before they appear in the gallery. Other attendees can save approved photos for personal event memories. Respect requests to remove a photo; do not republish it, use it commercially, or share it outside the attendee community without the appropriate permission. Use Report photo for a privacy or content concern, or Block uploader to hide that person’s photos and meetups. Organizers can see who submitted a photo; uploader names are not shown in the attendee gallery.
Report and block
Use Report on a meetup to notify the organizer. You can block a host or guest and manage blocks in Help & your account. Blocking hides that person’s meetups and guest-list name from you and hides your meetups from them. For help, email support@seorockstars.net. Contact local emergency services for an immediate safety emergency.
Organizer action
Organizers may remove invitations or disable app access for violations. Attendee-created meetups are organized by their hosts; they are separate from the official conference itinerary unless identified as an official event.
