Delete from the app
Open your personal collection using your profile icon. Choose Help & your account, then Delete my app account. Read the confirmation and choose Yes, delete my account. A connection is required to complete deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@seorockstars.net with the subject SEO Rockstars app account deletion. Include your full name and explain that you want your app account and related app data deleted. The event team will verify the request before acting. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app to make this request.
Request deletion of specific app data
To keep your account and request removal of particular app data, email support@seorockstars.net with the subject SEO Rockstars app data deletion. Include your full name and identify the information you want removed, such as a hosted meetup, an RSVP, a report, event feedback, or optional profile information. The event team will verify ownership before handling the request. Tell us that you want to keep your account.
Account identifiers and information needed to maintain your remaining account access are kept unless you request full account deletion. Notes and bookmarks are stored on your device, so remove those in the app or by clearing its local data. Service-provider logs and backups follow their retention processes as described in the privacy policy.
What is deleted
- Your app profile, sign-in access, and active sessions.
- Notification subscriptions, promotional consent records, and related delivery records.
- Meetups and event updates you published, and your RSVPs to meetups and event updates.
- Your blocks and reports associated with your account or deleted meetups.
- Your submitted event rating and feedback comment.
- Your uploaded event photos, photo-access links, and related photo reports.
- When deleting in the app, saved sessions and private notes on that device.
What is separate
Deleting an app account does not cancel or refund your conference ticket. Ticketing and business records are managed separately. Photos already downloaded to a phone, computer, or backup remain with the person who saved them; gallery removal and account deletion cannot erase those copies. Other devices may retain local notes or cached information until their local app data is removed; the deleted account can no longer retrieve protected information from the server. Service-provider logs and backups follow their retention processes.
App account deletion cannot be undone. Contact the organizer if you later need a new account. See the app privacy policy for more details.
